The first product version
Minimum Viable Product, MVP, is the first viable version of your service on the market. Instead of guessing the best features of your prototype, with MVP you are already in the market, gathering both customer feedback and sales revenue.
At its worst, product development is a process of years where money returns and the end is not visible. MVP Sprint turns this setup on its head. We will launch the product as soon as it is viable. This will increase the number of user feedback by a thousand times, and best of all, your service will start generating sales revenue.
DO CUSTOMERS USE THE PRODUCT?
HOW COULD USABILITY BE DEVELOPED?
WHAT FEATURES DO CUSTOMERS WANT?
HOW DOES A PRODUCT GENERATE MORE SALES REVENUE?
MVP Sprint will be launched in a workshop to find out
1) business goals, 2) success metrics, 3) time and resource constraints, 4) who uses the product and how and 5) the needs of the users are, i.e. what problems the product solves.
In addition, the team, schedule, priorities and common project practices are agreed. We choose clear milestones and a deadline for the sprint, at the end of which we have the finished product on the market.
An MVP product contains only those features without which it would not be viable. Once they have been selected, analyzed, and wired models have been created from them, we build a clickable prototype whose functionality can be tested with the right users.
Once the logic is in order, we start discussions about technology. We take into account the systems used by the company, while utilizing the latest technologies such as React.
The technical implementation progresses in sprints, either through daily reviews with the customer and longer follow-up meetings every other week, or with daily reviews and regular reporting.
At the end of the technical sprints, the release of the MVP product and glasses are bubbling.
Your product isn’t perfect yet, but it’s already on the market, gathering user feedback from real customers and forging sales revenue. This can be a reality for your prototype in a couple of months.
All the good ideas about the features and functions that were left on the beach during the MVP stage will be recorded in the backlog. This way, you have a comprehensive background document ready for subsequent iterations of the product.
MVP Sprint also provides a model for prioritizing technical development and phasing product productions. The longer-term plan includes, among other things, solutions similar to scaling.
